Frequently Asked Questions

  • All guests participating in any Water sports activities must sign waiver forms.

  • You will get wet in any Watersports! Guests may even fall off in water. Guests should be under good physical condition. Our guides will give a full briefing of watersports that you will avail.

  • Weather cancellations are determined only by the Company. If company has to cancel due to inclement weather or any other reason, you may reschedule.

FAQ #1: Who are allowed to participate in Watersports?

Answer: All adults who are under physical good condition are allowed to participate in watersports. For child restrictions, kindly see specific page of watersports to see specific guidelines for age requirements.

  • NOTE: Women who are pregnant are not allowed to participate 

  • NOTE: Anyone who have been drinking alcohol or under the influence of alcohol are strictly not allowed to participate

FAQ #2: Do I need to book in advance?

Answer: It is advisable that you do so as to ensure you don't miss out any watersports due to lack of time slots available. Bookings may be carried out via our website, social media platforms,or by calling or emailing us as well.

FAQ #3: Do group bookings get a discount?

Answer: Of course they do, contact us for special discounts with 10 or more members

FAQ #4: Can I take part in watersports if I cannot swim?

Answer: Yes, you can. as a life jacket will be provided to you but kindly let our staff know prior to engaging in a water sport.

FAQ #5: How can I reach activity location?

Answer: Contact us for pick up time reservation or book a schedule at our booking office. We pick up guests at Zipline Lualhati Park. From your hotel, just ride a tricycle and tell the driver to drop you off at Zipline Lualhati Park. From there we will pick you up via Speedboat then going to Royal Island Watersports.

FAQ #6: Can I store my personal belongings with you?

Answer: No, you cannot. We advise that you leave your personal and most especially your valuable belongings in your hotel or get a water-proof/resistant bag along with you. 

FAQ #7: How many people can a boat accommodate at a time for the speedboat transfer?

Answer: Some boats can accommodate up to 12 persons while others can cater up to 20 person at a time.

FAQ #8: My friends will participate in watersports but I am only going to accompany them and watch, is that allowed?

Answer: Yes. While your family or friends participate in watersports, you may come to the location activity with extra charge amounting to Php 500 per head. Php 500 per head includes roundtrip speedboat transfer, access to floating sea pool and clear bottom glass kayak.
